The yoga class, which is open to all Expo East attendees, will take place in the Inner Harbor’s West Shore Park at 6:30 a.m. on Friday, September 23rd. The trade show will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center on September 22 – 24, 2011.

To participate in the free yoga class, Expo East attendees are encouraged to stop by the SunOpta booth, number 1808, on Thursday, September 22nd to sign up for the class, collect their free entry voucher, and enjoy a sample of a delicious SōL berry smoothie. Yoga mats will be provided to the first sixty registrants upon arrival and check in at West Shore Park, but attendees who have their own mats and accessories are welcome to bring them.
